Position Type: Local / Regional Team (Half Team Position)
Location: Fargo, ND
Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles

💼 POSITION DETAILS
- Experience Required:Minimum 12 Months CDL
- + 3 Months Verified Team Experience (within last 3 years)
- Home Time: Home Daily (Off Weekends)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Dispatch Time: 7:30 PM
- Position Type: Team Driving (2 drivers per truck)
🚚 FREIGHT & OPERATIONS
- Driver unload required (cages, totes, loose parts)
- Deliveries to automotive dealerships after hours
- Handle returns and secure locations after delivery
Freight Type:
- Aftermarket automotive parts (hoods, bumpers, doors, etc.)
Lane Overview:
- Operating areas include:
- North Dakota
- Minnesota
- ~3,300 miles per week
Equipment:
- 2022 Freightliner
- Automatic transmission
- 48’ dry van trailers with lift gates
⚠️ Physical Requirements:
- Lift and handle 40–75 lbs
- Work inside trailers including overhead storage
- Maneuver in tight dealership lots
- Must be comfortable with night driving and winter conditions
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,550
- Annual Average: ~$80,600
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,550/week
Mileage Pay:

- Stop Pay: $7.50 per driver
💵 Bonuses:
- $500 Transition Bonus (paid on second paycheck)
📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL A License
- Required team driving experience
- Must be comfortable with night routes and tight maneuvering
- Must meet physical job requirements
- Must pass DOT physical & drug screening (hair & urine)
